  • Skin rash or persistent dermatitis
  • Skin sores or ulcers that heal slowly

Neurological and Cognitive

  • Frequent or persistent headaches
  • Tremor or shaking in the hands
  • Muscle stiffness, cramping, or weakness
  • Movements that feel slowed or clumsy
  • Balance or coordination problems
  • Memory lapses or trouble concentrating
  • Irritability, anxiety, or depression
  • Changes in sleep
  • Unusual or unexplained fatigue

Dated photographs and video of visible dust, your pool, your filters, and your surfaces. Receipts for filters, cleanings, repairs, replacements, and air purifiers. Solar production reports showing output before and after. HVAC and pool service invoices. Any complaint you have filed with an agency, and whatever response you received. Keep it all, even if you are not sure it matters.

Owners and renters

People who lived in a home in the Lake Moor area near the former 3 Kids Mine while site work was under way, and who lost the normal use and enjoyment of their yard, pool, patio or windows to dust.

Owners

Homeowners in the same area whose property lost value or needed extra cleaning, repair or replacement: HVAC, solar panels, pool equipment, exterior finishes, landscaping, or a lower sale price.

Keep receipts and service invoices. They matter.

Health Monitoring

Residents closest to the site

People who lived closest to the site for an extended period, including children, and who may need medical testing to watch for conditions linked to the contaminants reported at the former mine.

This is about testing and monitoring. Individual health claims are reviewed one household at a time, and nothing here claims any condition was caused by this dust.
